At Tutors4You.in, we strive to ensure that our customers have a clear understanding of our refund and cancellation terms for all services, including job listings, recruitment services, and premium features.
1. Cancellations
- You may request to cancel your subscription, job posting, or service package at any time by contacting our support team at tutors4you@gmail.com.
- Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle for subscription services.
- For one-time services (e.g., single job postings), cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase and before the listing goes live.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Payment processed but service not delivered due to a fault on our end.
- Cancellation request received within the eligible refund period for the specific service.
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Services that have already been delivered, such as active job postings or completed candidate searches.
- Subscription fees after the current billing period has begun.
- Promotional and discounted offers.
- Any service where the refund request is made after the stipulated time window.

4. How to Request a Refund

- Proof of payment
- Reason for the refund request
- Your order ID
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
