1. Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel your subscription, job posting, or service package at any time by contacting our support team at tutors4you@gmail.com.
  • Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle for subscription services.
  • For one-time services (e.g., single job postings), cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase and before the listing goes live.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
    • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
    • Payment processed but service not delivered due to a fault on our end.
    • Cancellation request received within the eligible refund period for the specific service.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • The following are strictly non-refundable:
    • Services that have already been delivered, such as active job postings or completed candidate searches.
    • Subscription fees after the current billing period has begun.
    • Promotional and discounted offers.
    • Any service where the refund request is made after the stipulated time window.

4. How to Request a Refund

    • Your order ID
    • Proof of payment
    • Reason for the refund request
  • Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
